Contrary to popular belief, having your wedding dress hand made is often the cheaper option, and you go away knowing that you have a unique, designer dress, tailor made just for you, for a fraction of the price you might pay for a designer label at an expenisve boutique.

With well over 15 years experience, Pam was initially trained as a ‘finisher’ - the person responsible for going over a gown with a fine tooth comb to ensure that everything is perfect. This lead her to becoming a specialist in hand embroidery, as well as being an accomplished designer and dress maker. With these skills at hand, you can be sure your dress will be made with the finest attention to detail. Her sharp eye for detail also means she can be relied upon for advice as to how best accessorise your outfit.

Pam now works from her home in the Chew Valley, where you will come for your fittings in a friendly and homely atmosphere.

As well as wedding gowns, Pam also accepts commissions for bridemaids dresses, prom dresses and ball gowns.

Pam works in close association with Radhika in Stokes Croft in Bristol, where she formerly had her workshop and provided servies as dressmaker for a number of years. As the largest supplier of silks in the South West,  Pam sends the majority of her customers ro Radhika for fabrics, safe in the knowledge that they will have the greatest choice, the best quality and at affordable prices.
